PRESENTATION DETAILS

Keynote Speaker, Glenn B. Wheaton

Bio: Glenn Wheaton is an esteemed leader in the remote viewing community. He is the sitting president of the Hawaiian Remote Viewers’ Guild (HRVG). Glenn was part of Special Forces, Green Berets. During his service, he was part of the classified remote viewing program running concurrently with Stargate. The US government employed other psychics during this time, including Richard Ireland. Glenn worked closely with Richard and after their 2 years together, the HRVG method started to be developed. After declassification, Glenn has taught the HRVG method without charge, accepting only small membership fees to sustain the guild. Glenn believes that remote viewing is the “upgrade of the species” and plays a big role in the community in replicating his understanding of remote viewing. A successful science experiment requires you to replicate the experiment, in that replication you gain wisdom.

Topic:  Keynote Address

Guest Speaker: Mark Ireland

Bio: Mark Ireland is the co-founder of Helping Parents Heal, a non-profit organization with over 35,000 members worldwide that provides support and resources for bereaved parents. He is the author of the acclaimed books Soul Shift: Finding Where the Dead Go and The Persistence of the Soul, chronicling his poignant quest for evidence of an afterlife and offering hope to those navigating grief. He is the son of noted 20th-century psychic Richard Ireland, who served as a psychic asset for U.S. Army Special Forces.

Topic: Richard Ireland

Richard Ireland, a famed psychic, was used as a psychic asset for the U.S. Army Special Forces. The HRVG method was derived after his two-year tenure with the Army as a contractor. Mark will speak about his father, giving insight into Richard's abilities, some of which were more than psychic.hic.

Bryan Boodhoo

Bio: Bryan Boodhoo is a founder and the current president of Enigma Stream Inc. He is a practitioner and certified HRVG Remote Viewing instructor. He works to advance the education and growth of newly trained remote viewers, with a focus on integrating creative processes into remote viewing methodologies.

Topics:

Presentation 1: Introduction to Enigma
Overview of Enigma’s origins, mission, and key developmental principles for remote viewers.

Presentation 2: The Art of Storytelling
Explores how to tell coherent, detailed stories through remote viewing, inspired by the approaches of Glenn, Dick, and Richard Ireland.

Presentation 3: Mechanics of Synchronicity
Demonstrates how synchronicity and anomalous thoughts can be harnessed in creative processes

Jonathan Diehl

Bio: Jonathan Diehl is the vice president of Enigma Stream Inc. and an HRVG remote viewing practitioner and dedicated targeteer for Future Forecasting Group. Jonathan has an extensive background in technology and seeks to incorporate technology into remote viewing applications.

Topic: Dream

On July 7, 2023, Jonathan had a vivid dream. After waking, he immediately sketched it on paper, feeling the dream’s quality warranted a sketch. The timeline of events that followed lends credence to the idea that dreams can be more than real. This presentation is a walk down the path of synchronicity.

Dick Allgire

Bio: Dick Allgire is an award-winning journalist (KITV, ABC Honolulu) who became fascinated by remote viewing in 1997. He has trained extensively in the HRVG method and has contributed to both public and private projects. Dick is recognized internationally for his remote viewing expertise and has created numerous explanatory videos on the nature of remote viewing and consciousness. He is part of Future Forecasting Group, an organized remote viewing business, where he provides a hub for remote viewers to operate with the goal of promoting remote viewing.

Topic: Top 10 Amazing Things I’ve Seen as a Remote Viewer

Dick will present the top 10 most remarkable experiences from his nearly 30 years of remote viewing. This concise list highlights insights gained over decades of practice.

Primasita Menor

Bio: Primasita Menor is a lead certified HRVG Remote Viewing instructor with over 2 decades years of teaching experience. Enigma Stream Inc. was founded by students of Sita. She runs her own school, called Looking Glass School. Sita has extensive knowledge of the HRVG method and has compiled her expertise into a teachable class format. Although HRVG lacks a formal manual, Sita has created her own.

Topic: Gestalts

Throughout the twenty seven years of teaching the HRVG methodology of remote viewing, many students have inadvertently identified certain ideograms, visual symbols which provides a subtle background into the psyche of the viewer, and how the subconscious processes information from encrypted targets. This presentation will identify the most common gestalts encountered through the years and their meanings pertinent to target information. Often, the viewers’ subconscious will reveals aspects of their personality, their interests, fears, likes and dislikes in the gestalts. Understanding the subtle messages found in basic gestalt data, the viewer can identify some of the hidden meaning, (called “kaona” by the Hawaiians), and assimilate that information into their session performance for a more comprehensive remote viewing expression.

Kavan Ganapathy Kakamada Prabhu

Bio:  Kavan Ganapathy Kakamada Prabhu is a parapsychology researcher exploring non-local consciousness.  An experienced remote viewer and meditator, he bridges Vedic wisdom with modern consciousness science.

Topic:  Intention vs Attention Game

The “Intention vs Attention Game” explores how consciousness operates through two fundamental vectors - Intention (I) as the directed mental force that aims consciousness at specific targets, and Attention (A) as the focusing mechanism that stabilizes and amplifies that force. Through empirical analysis of Remote Viewing, Bengston Healing, and Global Consciousness Project data, the research demonstrates that Psi phenomena (Ψ) emerge as measurable effects when these operators interact within entropy-sensitive fields, following the function Ψ = ⨐(I,A,E). This framework reveals that intention and attention are not abstract concepts but operational forces of consciousness that can be systematically applied to engineer conscious outcomes and actively participate in co-creating reality. The work bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with modern consciousness research, suggesting that we can move beyond merely observing the mind to actively participating in consciousness as a field of information and possibility.

Malcolm “Nyiam” Vendryes

Bio:  Malcolm “Nyiam” Vendryes is an audiovisual artist, long-time professional remote viewer with the Future Forecasting Group. Nyiam is a certified HRVG Remote Viewing instructor.

Topic:  Thinking in Pictures

More often than not we find that remote viewing drawings appear as pale symbolic representations of their counterparts in reality, often lacking the detail and resolution the viewer desires or believes they are capable of. This lecture is designed to educate and inform students on the underlying psychological and neurological processes in the mind of an artist and allow them to develop and apply them to improve their expression of the remote viewing signal in the form of imagery.

Sean Mahoney

Bio: Sean Mahoney is a member of the board of directors of Enigma Stream Inc. He learned remote viewing in 2012 and has since become a certified HRVG Remote Viewing instructor and a certified hypnotist. Sean currently serves as an analyst at Future Forecasting Group.

Topic: Practical Applications of Remote Viewing

Sean will share personal stories of applied remote viewing and explain how he has used it to solve real-life problems.

Edward Riordan

Bio: Edward Riordan is a leading remote viewing practitioner recognized for his pioneering use of video-documented, live remote viewing sessions. Since 1999, he has developed hundreds of hours of training content and contributed to patented technology applications derived from remote viewing. He is a fearless experimenter and educator in multiple CRV-derived protocols.

Topic: Remote Viewing Protocols and Applications

Edward will explore the relationship between different brain processing types and various remote viewing protocols, highlighting how these cognitive differences impact the practice. He will emphasize the importance of capturing remote viewing sessions live on camera to preserve those rare, fleeting moments that he likens to “lightning in a bottle.” Additionally, Edward will discuss his involvement in remote viewing projects that contributed to the development of now-patented technologies, showcasing their real-world applications. Finally, he will delve into his theory of the “subliminal threshold,” proposing what it might be and how it relates to remote viewing.
